Go to bed early on the night before your test!
You normally need to arrive at the test venue early in the morning, and the tests take all day, so you will probably start to feel tired even on a good night’s sleep.
You will benefit a lot more from switching off early the night before your test, say by around 7pm, and getting an early night’s sleep than trying to cram in one last batch of study or practice.
Not only does a good night’s sleep give you a sharper mind the next day, but I have heard that it builds long-term memories of things recently learnt.
